Florida Statues 489 Part II requires ALL technicians and salespersons to be BASA and FASA certified.
FASA and BASA must renew every 2 years with 6 hour FASA and 6 hour BASA continuing education. Don't let your FASA and BASA cards expire.

  4. Print the form (you can type most information in while on line)
  5. Fax the completed form to the AAF office
